According to the tenant, the dust and wind from the construction occurs in "Summer" while in "Winter (December)", the wind comes from the living area. Many expats want this block to get away from the construction.

This unit has plenty of privacy as the living and master bedroom face the green river.

The balcony has grilles and a small wire netting on the lower part prevents toddlers from falling through. Breezy.
