A 1 bedroom or studio in Central Square serviced apartment near the Financial District, monthly rate is S$7,500 and subject to GST.  This rate will include 3 times a week housekeeping service except Sundays and public holidays, breakfast from Mondays to Fridays except public holidays, internet access, basic tier cable tv, local calls and utility.  1 way complimentary airport transfer for 1-month lease and above.  Common laundrette - $4 per use of washer and $4 per use of dryer.

Facilities
Swimming pool. Children's play area. Gym facing pool.

Services Housekeeping 3 times/week.
Business centre.
24-hour security with CCTV.
Broadband internet: Payable by the Tenant.  

Communal laundromat. S$4 per wash in 2010. Each apartment does not have an individual washing machine cum dryer nor a balcony unlike Riverside View Serviced Apartments.

2-bedroom units may share one one common bathroom or may have separated common bathroom depending on floor plans. Some may have no long bath tub, just a shower stall. 

2nd bedroom is too small for 2 single beds or may have 2 single beds depending on floor plans.

No greenery views. More like a hotel in a city. 

The following are differences:
between Central Square and Riverside View. Central Square has: 

1. No balcony
2. No river front views, just city views or a building across the apartment. 
3. No apartment washer cum dryer. You use a communal launderette.
4. No long baths in certain floor plans. Only shower stall.
5. No electric hob unlike Riverside View. Uses cylinder gas for cooking.
