Some intermediate terraces have split level living and dining areas, some have one level.  

There's an air well or light well on level three, bringing in daylight in the intermediate terrace houses, but not in the corner terrace houses.  Some intermediate houses have very high ceilings on level 3, near the air well, some don't have.  An audio intercom hangs in the wall of the master bedroom. Reddish black speckled granite flooring in the living and dining area. Wood floor strips in bedrooms.  Cable points to all rooms.

This unit has no neighour next to it as it is at the end of the row of terrace houses and therefore is quiet. Pentagon-shaped kitchen and bigger backyard.  One level living and dining area.  The maid's room has its own attached bathroom and a small window. This house has a character. Liked this unit.

Side garden is sloping upwards with 2 levels of steps.  May not suit dogs with hip dysplasia problems.

5+1 3100/1700 sq. ft $5,200.  Nearly cancelled this viewing as the
Owner's representative was not around as he had left to buy a drink.  An airwell brings in light to 3rd level.  However, the high ceiling to the roof had been lowered using gypsum board.

Springside Drive bungalow 5000/4650 sq. ft $7,000.  About 10-min drive to the American School or downtown.  Jacuzzi bath tub outdoors.  3 levels.   Modern marble tiled bathrooms and big spacious bedrooms.   A semi-detached 3496/2616 sq. ft at $5,000 is available for rent.

5+1 3200/2000 sq. ft  $7,200.  Appointment cancelled.  Century Woods seen with other agents, yesterday Sunday were:
29, 43, 49, 56. No. 22, 41 were seen from the outside.
