Aspen Heights 2+1 1100 sq. ft $3,800. Viewing weekday.  Good sized gym.

Kim Yam Heights
3+1 1141 sq. ft $4,000. 9th floor. Can see River Place condo. Likes the floor plan but the gym has only 3 pieces of equipment.

3-bedroom with big patio at $4,000.

CONCLUSION

Single sales manager travelling frequently.  Requires 2-bedroom as one will be for her study.

The gym is important for her.  Kim Yam Heights is not favoured.

Likes the Sunshine Plaza Residences and be near downtown.  Thinks that East Coast condos are "far away" and inconvenient as regards public transportation.

She will need to negotiate for a higher rental.
