For the 4-bedroom units, there is the large entry
foyer,
a big spacious living area with balcony, 2 steps to the big dining
area which can accommodate a table with 10 chairs 3 attached
bathrooms for 3 bedrooms. The 4th has an attached bathroom which is
shared with the guests as powder room. The master long bath is light
orange in colour whereas modern condos now have snow white long
baths.
Many units have wear and tear and older multi-coloured bathrooms in
2002, but many owners have had renovated their apartments in 2011.
Disadvantages:
It has multi-coloured bath tubs unlike the white ones in new condos,
unless the owner has renovated the interior.
Units facing the River Valley Road may get some traffic noise.
However, occupancy rate is high as rents are value for money and the
condo is a 10-min walk to Orchard Road.
