The Balmoral has the
storage and the space, but this condo will not suit Caucasian
expatriates who dislike the aged conditions of condos over 5
years old as the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets will show
wear and tear when compared to the newer condos.
The marble
flooring of the living area is new in this apartment. Some
Caucasians complain that the living area is dark. The condo
has many tall leafy trees. Therefore, the lower apartments and
maisonettes will be dark.
The main disappointment is that kitchen cabinets and bathrooms
of unrenovated units are in a bad state due to aging and no
repair or renovation has been done by some Landlords. The
staircase going upstairs is on the right. The kitchen is on
the left.
