An opportunity to meet the Tenants (younger Caucasian ladies/gentlemen

Singapore River nearby. Close to Fort Canning Park for your dogs and for
jogging for the families. National Museum & National Library.
Disadvantages:
A complaint from
Caucasians is that the kitchens are too dark (some lower floor units) and
Condo facade looks like an office block (rather than residential).
The Tenant may need to pay car parking fee.
Some Units facing the
Istana (Presidential Palace) above 10th floor have special
windows. From the distance, the window pane looks clear but when you walk
close to it, it becomes opaque (cloudy). Also such windows cannot be
opened or opened fully.
Some worries about afternoon sun and noise from pub patrons for units
facing Mohammed Sultan Road.
Some worries about a lack of privacy. However, the windows are like
one-way mirrors. Outsiders cannot see the inside of the apartment during
day-time while those inside have clear views of the outside. |
