- Elizabeth Heights Condo 4+1, 2-level maisonette, 2500 sq.
ft, $6,000. 14th floor. Renovated with light brown marble flooring in June
1998, new air conditioners, big ceramic tiled balconies with panoramic unblocked city
views. 4 bedrooms on upper floor. Spacious living/dining rooms, maid's room, kitchen on

Recommendations:
If the rental budget is US$3,000 - 3,500 (S$5,100 -
6,000) and fully furnished condo is required,
- the value for money is the Costa Rhu Condos based on the
fact that the unit will be brand new and will be much cheaper (rental dollar/sq. ft). The
Tenant gets brand new furniture and kitchen appliances. Asia USA can get a 4+1 fully
furnished, panoramic water views from all rooms at $6,000.
An express shuttle bus to Raffles Place and City Hall
subway is available in Oct 18 2000.
Costa Rhu has an additional security feature in that
there is the private lift which goes only to your apartment direct from the basement car
park. Ground floors do not have private lifts.
- the central location of the Aspen Heights Condo may be
good for Tenants who work late and has offices in the Raffles Place or Suntec City.
- the Ridgewood condo in the suburbs may be worth
considering as the buildings do not space so close to one another unlike new condos and
the bedrooms are more spacious. It is within 10-minute by bus to International Schools
such as the Dutch/German/Tanglin Schools and is in a most popular expatriate enclave.
Australian School being 5-minute walk, will suit Australian families.
