The rental for maisonette is S$3,000/month and includes above sofa set, a double bed and mattress, the single bed and mattress, fridge, washing machine. The Landlord wanted S$3,300. The maisonette is worth S$3,300, being 2,230 sq. ft as it has been renovated. If it was located in a good location and the surrounding has been made pretty, it should fetch a rental of S$5,000. I rented a Ridgewood Townhouse at S$7,000 recently. Please let me know urgently whether above terms are satisfactory as I have requested the Landlord not to show the unit to the other agents.
