2-bedroom are more spacious than other new condos like Aspen Heights. Perception of a resort-type condo with quality flooring, bathrooms and kitchen appliances. Maximum 4 storeys. Elevators available. Small balconies. 

Living/dining - granite. Bedrooms - timber strip. wardrobes, kitchen cabinet with granite counter top, air conditioning system, cooker hob & hood, quality bathtubs for master bedroom, built-in electric oven and dishwasher, cable television and telephone point for every room, town gas (not cylinders).

Advantages:

Great location near Orchard Road, the shopping malls and eateries.

A upper class neighbourhood where there are several embassies and green trees.

Many buses and taxis to downtown.

Disadvantages:

Not within walking distance to the subway but 2-minute walk to Orchard Road where there are too many taxis and buses.

Competitors: 
Nassim Jade (39 units) and Nassim Woods (35 units) but the first two are upscale condos. 

Older Nassim Gardens (around 12 units), if renovated has big balconies and serene wooded views may be an alternative. 3+1 of 2000 sf rents for $7,500. Nassim Park (104 units).   Nassim Mansions (72 units) is 21 years older but has appeal to many Caucasians but rents are much higher.

Case study: Corporate Owners: Make show unit pretty.
