The maid's bathroom is used as a powder room. Large balcony. No maid's room. 4.15pm Westwood Apartments 4+1 2831 sq. ft $7,500. Fully renovated. Maid's room can be partitioned. Dish washer in the kitchen.

4.30pm Balmoral Residence, Brand new. 3+1 1744 sq. ft $6,000. No decent sized maid's room. 5pm Balmoral Tower 4+1 2700 sq. ft $6,000. Although renovated with wooden flooring and grey marble-like tiles in the spacious living and dining area, the maid's room has mosaic tiles and the toilet bowl is the squatting type. 5.15pm Lucky Tower 3+1 2800 sq. ft $6,500. Big balcony. Very large maid's room. Big balcony. One bedroom is separate from the other two. Fully upgraded condo facilities. Access card. Maid's bathroom has the squatting type toilet bowl. Conclusion. Lucky Tower appears to be the best condo to suit the expatriate's requirements. TIPS TO LANDLORDS. Sometimes your contractor asks you to save money by not renovating 100%. This is a mistake as the overall impression of a 90% renovated condo apartment is not so good. The maid's room and bathroom with the squatting toilet bowl are overlooked during renovations as can be seen in two cases above. |
