| Disadvantages: No tennis court. Very small balcony. Black granite flooring in the living room may not appeal to some Caucasians who prefer pastel coloured flooring. In some units, the 2 main doors of 2 separate owners are side by side and some expats are not so keen on this loss of privacy.
