How does a toddler survive in Singapore?

Small balcony shared by living and master bedroom. Squarish kitchen deemed to be small. One store room and there are 2 bedrooms have attached baths. Away from the swimming pool.
Prefers apartment on ground floor away from pool.
Duchess Crest does have lots of Caucasian children and this is very important for the mother with a toddler.

Not impressed.
Little boy wandered faster than adults and walked past the visitors' room. He knocked his fore head against the glass door of the visitors' room, probably attracted by the Coke Vending Machine. This is the second incident with me affecting a toddler. A low strip across the glass doors may be good.

Can't help falling in love with this penthouse in an upscale condo.

Rich reddish brown marble floored living and separate dining area fronting the green Singapore River. 2 bedrooms downstairs.

3rd bedroom upstairs has a small low wooden fence so that you could look at the living area below. The toddler climbed this fence and knocked his nose.

4th bedroom is the master with a huge white jacuzzi bath tub. A side door goes to the roof top wooden decked area with its own jacuzzi. This area is around 300 sq. ft and can be used to entertain friends.

Penthouse is on 4th floor and therefore the river appeared to be just outside your living room.

A firm offer of $9,000 has been given to the owner.

Snow-white with grey streaks marble floored living and dining area. Exceptionally large and spacious bright kitchen did not fail to attract the English wife. The study could be the 4th bedroom if a door can be installed as it has its air conditoning system.

Gym, playground and pool in this upscale condo. 5-minute drive to Orchard Road.

Conclusion.
The Parc Stevens apartment with its quality finishes and big kitchen make an indelible impression for this lady.

Duchess Crest is still the tops as there is a large concentration of Caucasian families.

There are no 4-bedrooms with patio, away from the pool available. One unit was rented.
