The Claymore 4+1 3400 sq. ft, rents around $11,000 - 13,000.

4 attached bath in 4 bedrooms. Piped gas. Breezy. Living area faces Westwood Apartments and there is a good city view. Audio-visual intercom, cabled and breezy. 15-minute walk to Orchard subway.
Closets: 18 doors in 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has 6 doors and also a bidet but the closets are not new, unlike Avalon.

The kitchen is spacious and has modern kitchen appliances, including a big dishwasher. Stainless steel cooker hood, hob and Bosch dishwasher.
"Granite-like" grey-black with orange spotted counter top adds a touch of class. Central table in kitchen. Cutting board and trays for cutlery in kitchen cabinets. Cylinder gas.

All rooms cabled. White long bath and shower stall in master bedroom.

Closets: Master bedroom has 6 doors, Bedroom 2 & 3 have 3 doors each and Bedroom 4(maid's room) has 2.

Panoramic city views from any room and breezy. 3 units per floor. 33 floors.

Upgraded pools and playground. 24-hour security but has no tennis courts or gym. The Draycott is a favourite with Americans as it is just a 5-minute walk to the American Club. However, its circular layout makes positioning of living and dining sets difficult.

Conclusion:

It is difficult to find a condo with so lots of closet space. Houses are out as they don't have condo facilities.

Orchard Bel Air has the most number of closet space, but the condo looks aged. The kitchen was not appealing to her.

The renovated Draycott apartment made an unforgettable impression on the Caucasian wife who spends a lot of time in the kitchen.

The husband may like the panoramic views. A second viewing will be scheduled next week. Would the husband agree with her?
