TIPS FOR FIRST-TIME INVESTORS & HOUSING AGENTS SELLING TO FOREIGNERS

UE Square Condos were completed around October 1997. The 345 units are not popular with many prospective Caucasian expatriate tenants as the exterior building look like an office block with flat roofs.  Its great location and lower rentals compared to Aspen Heights make it more popular. 

However, on completion, some investors are surprised that units facing the Istana (Presidential Palace) have special windows. These windows become opaque when you go near the windows, blocking any views. This is one of the surprises if you invest in off-the-plan condos.
