German national. 2500-3000 sq. ft 4 bedroom condo.
Office at Shenton Way. No children. The wife was in Germany
but she wants a residential greenery residential quiet type area.
Problem: There are no downtown newer
condos of over 2500 sq. ft at the $9,000 budget as at Sep 2,
2000. These rent $12,000 - $16,000.
The UE Square condo has not impressed many Caucasians due to its
box-like office appearance. However, the Landlords are willing to be
more flexible with rental demands and the UE Square penthouse may be
closer to his type of accommodation.
The realtor hurt dropped something on her toe and cancelled
appointment. Persuaded to show at 6.15 p.m. The agent had a
good injection from the doctor and could walk. Had she not
turned up, she would have missed a possible closing.
Top choice. UE Square condo has great location, near to Clarke Quay,
free bus shuttle to City Hall subway, many taxis and the best pubs,
most important for this German expat.

most Caucasians. Good for expats who want value for money
and low density of 28 units. |

made during this house-hunting tour. House-hunting tours can be like
"free" tourism tours as some expatriates don't use just one realtor.
So, many realtors who have poor choices or don't know what the
expatriate wants, conduct such tours and get no income at all.
