The six unique designer
bungalows are located in a high class residential enclave in a leafy suburban
neighbourhood close to the Botanic Gardens. Its great location, being a 3-minute drive to the downtown Orchard Road means that its houses are always in great demand by expatriates. New houses rent above S$20,000 - $35,000 a month but the few older and smaller ones may rent around $10,000 - $15,000. This report describes six modern bungalows said to be designed by Italian professionals.  The 5-bedroom with attached bathrooms "blue" bungalow on a hill top has a commanding greenery views and privacy. The blue tiled structure is wall of the courtyard. The master bedroom is in front on level 2. 1 bedroom is facing the pool and the other 3 are at the back.  The "red" bungalow next to this "blue" bungalow is also on high ground and on the side of a cul de sac.  The "red"bungalow has a slope of green grass just like the "blue bungalow:. Both bungalows do not have the traditional gardens.  The "grey" bungalow is opposite the "red" bungalow and next to the cul de sac. The pool is behind the curved wall. The bedrooms are upstairs. The living area is in front, facing a "valley" with a dilapidated house.  The bright white courtyard of the "blue" bungalow with light blue tiled floors and white blocks in the courtyard. The green roof of the 2-car garage is visible on the top right. The maid's room, maid's bathroom and one "washing machine" room to accommodate a European brand room is to the back of the garage. The big 10-kg American-sized washer and dryer may need to be relocated at the backyard.  Autogate. A sharp 45 degree gradient slope up to garage for 2 cars for this unit.  The air conditioned kitchen with the stainless steel Gaggenau appliances and dishwasher. Central island table. Window to the backyard looking at some air conditioner compressors and water pumps (blue tank).  The master bedroom with wooden tiled flooring has a skylight to bring in natural daylight. All 5 bedrooms are almost as large as the master.  The "orange" bungalow and lush greenery is seen from the master bedroom. This bungalow is on ground level. The "grey" bungalow is to the right of the "orange" bungalow, at the cul de sac.  The master bathroom is tiled with marble tiles. A unique stainless steel sink, white sit up long bath tub and shower stall.  The master bathroom has a sit down bath tub, stainless steel sink and shower stall.  The pinkish powder room next to the dining room in all 6 bungalows.  The living area opens to the pool. Sliding doors when open, bring in breezes. The stairs to basement room is on the extreme right. The family area is in top right. |
